Realtor's that did not provide satisfactory service as graded by our members have been sent to The Dog House	The Dog House is where realtor's are placed when their average grade falls do a .D or F.. Also they can be placed here if there is a .BEEF. (complaint by a member) that goes unresolved and unanswered. Once a realtor is placed in the Dog House they will be notified that their listing with our service is in jeopardy and there is a problem they need to address and correct A.S.A.P.
The Dog House is the list of realtor's our members should be aware of before hiring. If we are made aware of a bad experience with a realtor by one of our members we want to be sure other members are also aware of what has transpired with another member before they hire.
